We are committed to lawful and ethical recruitment practices. MO Holdings and its group companies:

Verify employees' right to work where required
Pay employees in accordance with applicable employment legislation
Do not tolerate forced labour or involuntary work
Do not knowingly employ individuals who are victims of human trafficking or exploitation
Promote fair treatment and equal opportunities in the workplace

Employees are free to leave their employment in accordance with contractual obligations and applicable employment law.

Training and awareness

We encourage awareness of modern slavery risks among employees and managers. Relevant personnel may receive guidance on:

Employees are encouraged to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.

Reporting concerns

Any employee, supplier, contractor or stakeholder who believes modern slavery, human trafficking or exploitation may be occurring in connection with MO Holdings or any group company is encouraged to report their concerns immediately. Reports will be treated seriously and investigated appropriately.
